This is the third year in a row for this annual gig by Damon Farmer of the  Shadetree Studio design house, which is located in beautiful Woodford County, Kentucky.  I am delighted to have been included on his crew of carvers for this fun job each year.

The sand sculpture is an added entertainment element for the parks extensive 'Festival of Lights' show that runs each Christmas season.
The county park located near Charleston is a really nice place, and the folks there are all wonderful. The sculpture remains on display until the festival is over in January.
