Roman Circus - The Chariot RacesUsing approximately 300 tons of approved sand, This scene was 14 feet
high by 36 feet long, this sculpture was just one part of the much larger
theme show, Ancient Rome. Over 110,000 people attended the show over
a six week period. The sculpting aspect for this scene took three of
the twelve masters working on this Sultan Of Sand Worldwide crew, 120
man-hours to create. The labor to prep the show for the carving crew was an
additional 12 days prior.
