Colossal, Really Big Sand Sculpture Displays: over 500 tons
The sculpting quality of sand is an issue. We can generally work in just about anything, but for sure, good sand gets you a tall, cool sand castle. Poor quality sand will yield a turtle.
The examples here are all castles, which by nature will generally yield the tallest and most detailed sculptures in the available sand and time.

Colossal, Really Big Sand Sculpture Displays: over 500 tons
Colossal, or really, really big sand
sculpture displays (More than 500 tons of sand) Days or weeks are dedicated
to the setup. Then a minimum of two weeks of sculpting is applied, but the
sky is the limit for what may often be utilized for a sculpture of this size.
Sometimes, depending on the design, up to dozens of artists are engaged.
Sand parks with sculptures many stories tall and longer than a footbal field
are possible.
(the sculpture usually remains up and on display for weeks or months
