On the way to
Jesolo by car, you drive past Picci Roundabout (a "Roundabout" is a traffic
control device that allows for the separation of cars going to differing
directions. It is round of course, and works much like a "Cloverleaf" in
the USA, or a "Jug Handle" in the UK)
Each year, we do a large display sculpture promoting the CDM event,
usually two two three weeks out.
This year the work was done by Bill Dow (The Castle) and Sergi
Ramirez (The Fairy)

Mateo Maglione (Below) and his wife Debora, will
be taking over the front position at the Hotel
Corallo in Jesolo next year. This from Mateo's mother, Flavia, who
herself, with husband Tino, are the current hosts on point, and have another
year to go before passing the reigns down in the family tradition. Mateo's
lovely sister Sylvia, is in the journalism and communications field and
works in Verona.
